More of handmade Christmas ornaments

I missed a few weeks of handmade ornament making time and so I think I'll just continue where I left off. This week I managed to make two items- a mitten ornament from Disdressed and a Little House Ornament from Pimp Stitch. Very easy to make especially if you're time pressed!
How about some patchwork quilt for your desktop? Download some pretty Anna Maria Horner Desktop wallpaper for your desktop. Check out her new book too.

Paper halloween fun

Check out a caboodle of fun and hauntingly sweet halloween printables. My fave is Emily's Black Apple Halloween card. It's free and it's soo cute! Print out and mail a few cards to spread some halloween cheer!

I got Professor Pumpkin's Boo Bus paper toy parked on my desk! Find more enchanting halloween paper toys from the Toymaker. I found this adorable site via The Long Thread's Handmade Halloween link.

Lastly, I printed a few pumpkin ornaments from Matthew Mead for my tabletop halloween tree.

There are more halloween inspiration from One Pretty Thing's Halloween round up! Have a great weekend everybody. Make it a boo-tiful week!

Christmas in the forest

This little gnome apparently got lost in the woods making his way to the handmade christmas countdown trinket box. He is my contribution to last week's handmade christmas countdown project: week 7. This little fella's pattern can be found in Calamity Kim's flickr photostream. She has a gorgeous set of patterns she shared from the Gnome Christmas Craft Book. Check out her blog and her flickr sets. She is one mighty amazing craft dynamo!
Another ornament is due this week (week 8). Stay tuned!

October is here

It's October and I'm definitely in the halloween groove!

Have you taken this colour I.Q. test yet? I scored 8 points! What's yours?
