The lovely Susie from A Little Forest blog recently posted a yummy and healthy banana milk recipe. I wanted to try it ASAP as the concoction only requires deux ingredients--banana and milk. Today there were fresh bananas available so I gave the recipe a kitchen test. Voila! This drink is surprisingly delicious that even my ring ring banana phone sock monkey likes it.
Verdict: This banana drink is going to be a staple. Can't wait to make it again.
Susie's Banana Milk Recipe
- Half a banana
- 1 cup 2% milk ( I used chilled, low fat vanilla flavored milk)
- Honey (optional)
1. Cut bananas and put inside the blender. Add milk and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a cute milk glass. Add kawaii happy face stickers for extra fun.
