Happy, healthy and green

I'm looking forward to a healthier, more vibrant new year. Been doing good stuff lately like drinking more water,  imbibing more green stuff (like wheatgrass), meditating more, sleeping early, becoming more earth grounded and cultivating a more serene mind. I hope I stay on track. :)

  1. Sounds like you're doing really well in the green department! I'm trying to be more green too, though it mostly has to do with switching to all-natural stuff and reducing the amount of unnecessary things I buy and things like that:)

    How's the wheatgrass? I've always been curious about that!

    1. Wheatgrass is one of my fave flavors. It has a fresh, clean and antisepctic taste which i really love. It's so healthy too!
