Here's another fabulous butter cookie recipe from Homebaking School. Make a batch for your favorite buttercup!
- All-purpose flour- 200 grams
- Sugar- 80 grams
- Butter- 100 grams
- Milk- 1-2 tbsp
- Egg yolk- 1 piece
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, milk and egg yolk.
2. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
3. Cut out into desired shape using cookie cutter or mold.
4. Bake in pre-heated 350F oven for 11 minutes.
